What if I change my mind?

All items are final once the proof has been approved. There are no refunds, exchanges or discounts.

What do you need from me?

All custom creations need high quality artwork/logos in order for your custom item to be top notch quality. This can either be .png or .svg. Please reach out to me if you have questions about your artwork/logos.

Do I get to proof my item(s)?

Yes! Once I have received full payment, I will create a proof for your review and approval.

How long is the typical processing time?

2-3 weeks
