CUSTOM ITEMS
If you have ordered a custom made-to-order item, a proof will be provided to you before creation. You must approve of the design in writing before your item is made.
- You WILL receive a proof of the item for approval.
- Orders will not proceed to production until the proof has been approved.
Colors shown in proofs are not always exact but will be color matched as close as possible. I do not color match by hex colors but by what’s available via acrylic suppliers and wood suppliers.
Once a proof is approved, you CANNOT make changes. Please double— triple check spelling. If there are changes after the proof is approved, there will not be a refund of any kind
REFUNDS/RETURNS:
All items are final. There are no refunds, returns exchanges or discounts.
PRODUCTION TIME:
We understand the importance of timeliness especially for our planned big events! My processing times vary by item but rule of thumb— please allow two weeks for the proof process and creation. This does not include shipping time. If you need something sooner than 2 weeks, there are expedited options with an added expense. Please ensure to communicate if you need something quickly.
YOUR LOGO/BRANDING
You MUST supply a high resolution file of your logo with a transparent background. You can email/upload any of the following file types: SVG, PNG, EPS, AI.
If you DO NOT have a high resolution file, I do offer a logo redesign for $25 fee. This is paid prior to creation. You will be supplied a png, svg, and pdf version of your logo for future use
